Nick was born and raised right here in Conway AR. He attended the University of Central Arkansas where he received a degree in Insurance & Risk management and played baseball for the Bears.
He is now married to his childhood sweet heart Emily who is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at Arkansas Pediatrics of Conway. They have two kids Landry (4) and Jace (2), who they love spending time with, plus they have two dogs (Callie & Ryder). You can find usually find Nick on the golf course, deer hunting, or cheering on the LSU Tigers.
Reed was raised in Maumelle, where he graduated from Oak Grove Highschool. He attended College at the University of Central Arkansas where he received a degree in Marketing. Reed is a connoisseur of all things fried and is appalled by anything green. He spends his winters in the Duck blind, springs on the golf course and summers at the lake. He is a big supporter of UCA athletics where he serves on the Board for ‘The Young Alumni’.
Austin was born and raised in Conway and has strong roots in this community. He graduated from Conway High School, and continued his education at UCA, receiving his bachelors degree in marketing and his MBA. Here he met his wife, Hannah, and tied the knot in 2022. They have two pets - a dog named Spot and a cat named Vincent.
Austin spent 3 years in the insurance industry as both a commercial and personal lines account executive before joining NRG. When he’s not working, you can find Austin at the golf course, on the lake, or around a fire with his friends and family.
